Cute and the story flowed alright

My only qualm with this was the inconsistency in the animation, which in retrospect may have been part of the style you animate with. The characters just moved a little to jerkily for my liking.

A fair homage to the earlydays of cartooning and slightly updated too.

I felt the timing was a little awkward at various points, but overall this is a good piece of work.

Needs Work

The voice work was decently annoying and the animation was lazy at best.

The drawings weren't exactly bad, but the tweening just gave it all a jumbled feeling when it moved.

On the subject of movement, It was a very still and boring animation job. The characters were flat and non-expressive. Which, when compounded with annoying voice work, was just bad.

You've got a long way to go, but keep trying. You could probably make a decent animation if you put more time into it (which as you said in the description, had limits in this case).
